From Minnesota to Clearwater

In 2026, Sawyer Kahn and his wife, Kylee, made a big move from Minnesota to Clearwater, Florida, bringing along their newborn son, Rocky, and their beloved family dog, Vincent. What started as a new chapter for their family quickly became the foundation for something more.

Clearwater had always held a special place in their hearts. After years of family visits, vacations, and afternoons spent along Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast, it felt less like a new destination and more like home.

That same sense of home is at the heart of Florida Fresh. As a family-owned business, Sawyer and Kylee believe every home deserves the same care, attention to detail, and pride they put into their home. From cleaning and organizing to the finishing touches that make a space feel refreshed, his goal is simple: treat every home like it matters, because it does.

When you choose Florida Fresh, you're not just hiring a service. You're welcoming a local family who genuinely cares about your home and the people who live in it.
